Teratak Kopi
A small-batch roastery with a loyal following and a painful ordering process: Instagram DMs, bank-transfer screenshots and a notebook of standing orders. Every kilogram sold cost the founder twenty minutes of admin.
We built an online store with bean subscriptions, FPX and e-wallet checkout, freshness-dated inventory and a wholesale portal where cafes reorder in three taps. Roast schedules now come straight from confirmed orders.

Amana Legal
Fifteen lawyers, three decades of practice, and a website that read like a court filing. Visitors couldn’t tell which problems the firm solved or what talking to a lawyer would cost them.
We restructured the site around practice areas, rewrote every page in plain language with the partners, and added transparent first-consultation expectations. The contact form now routes enquiries by practice area, straight to the right lawyer.

MyOptik
An optical retailer with two physical stores and an online shop that mostly generated abandoned carts. Mobile checkout took eleven steps and lost customers at every one of them.
Instead of a full rebuild, we ran a conversion audit and reworked the product pages, prescription-entry flow and checkout — keeping the platform, cutting the steps to four, and adding home try-on booking that feeds the physical stores.
